Throttle Body Spacer

I am looking at getting a throttle body spacer for my Chevy 350 SB. I am currently somewhere in the ballpark of 360 rwHP. The stats on the spacer claim a 15% gain in horsepower, 10% more torque, and an 8% increase in gas mileage. I do know that for the money, a throttle body spacer is an excellent bolt-on but are those stats realistic? How much of a gain am I actually looking at?

You *may* get some improvement in throttle response. I do know I've seen carburator spacers add up to 10 hp on 400 hp engines (about 2.5% gain) but usually they work because the intake manifold isn't perfectly optimized for the rest of the engine.
