Three '05 Corvette's & Three Black Dump Trucks...again!

I spent majority of last week at the paving company doing their personal vehicles (3 vette's) and detailing the trucks again. All three vette's were one step with Poorboy's EX-P and were washed with Meg's GC. The trucks were the same process as before..Wash with Meg's GC, spot clay, spot polish (DACP), NXT tech, Mother's Billet chrome polish on wheels, tanks, pipes, etc., AA & EO Wet on tires, Simple Green on frame, mud flaps, etc., woolite, SG, and Orange Blast throughout interiors, IG on glass.

Let's start with the older son's vette...

This is the younger son's vette...

The last one is mama & papa's vette...:D

Thats really friggin cool. I wish I could see more detailed dump trucks like that on the road.

BTW-would you happen to know what's powering those big rigs. I would assume CAT's for all of them.

Great job!

that hott. i dont think i ever seen detailed dump trucks. Me personally, i think its a waste of money. Its a work truck, its suppose to be dirty. I could understand a monthly wash/detail, but every week?

Excellent work AJ! I love the new C6's, how are they to work on?

There's nothing wrong with a company wanting to keep their work vehicles clean. I'd rather be driving behind a clean dump truck than a filthy one that is dropping mud and gravel on top of my car.

It's called image and perception for a company Plazaman. If I saw a company's vehicles like those that were clean and sharp looking I'd be more inclined to use them for paving than another company that had beat up, dirty POS trucks. I know this is a detailing board but could you take some time to proofread your post? Really, it's not that hard to use proper grammar, punctuation and caps. That was so painful to read.

Just my 2 cents.

Yes, it is CAT power for them. I have to lift up the hood to detail it, and man is that engine something to gasp at!!!

please tell me that mom and dad didn't buy those vette's for the sons....

Nice work detailing.

Nope, they work their buts off to earn the vette's and everything else. The older son handles all estimates, big construction paving jobs, myself and other contractor's, etc., and the younger son is in charge of sealcoats and smaller jobs.

They are very, very easy to work with. Of course getting in and out for a big guy like myself can take it's toll..:p , but all in all it's a very easy detail and not to mention a very awesome ride.:up
