CMA sells them I believe, and home depot had a bunch of em' around the display. I didn't look to see if it was a hook and loop setup or not. I know they had some bonnets for it. I will probably be there today, so I will look. Heck, I already have a PC VS palm sander. I would just have to see if its the right size.
Oops, I looked at it is TOTL that carries them. Looks like the accessories are backordered. I like the idea of using one for aggitating the carpet.

My friend just bought one and came over to use it with Zaino today at my place. Seemed pretty nice. He went hand on his first coat but used the buffer to apply and buff out the Z on the second coat. Seemed to apply very thin and buffed it out real nice. I don't know what the hook and latch thing you describe is. I *think* the bonnets went on without "attaching" them? He had all kinds of bonnets but I think he bought some bonnet kit. He had some foam and some terry bonnets. He used the foam to apply the zaino and terry to buff off.

I went and looked today. It is a 6" and is not hook and loop. If I remember correctly, it was rated at 3600 opm. I was impressed because for 20 bucks, it comes with a hard plastic storage case. A nice touch IMO.
That said, I am not sold on the bonnets avaliable. The terry ones may be ok, but the one they label for wax application and the wool clone leave me unimpressed. Those tasks are better left to the real deal, a PC. I think this RO polisher would be best suited for glass, and areas where a PC may not be practicle. All in all, for twenty dollars, it might be worth having.

It applied zaino just fine--or at least the using the bonnets that my friend bought. He bought some extras so I don't know what came with the machine itself. I think he used a yellow foam like bonnet. Why do you think this should be left to the pc vs. this? At least for Zaino, it seemed to apply just fine.
