This is what I want for Christmas

Just got my makita 9227, I have pads, backing plates, etc., pc, 7336, lots of Meg's products, 83, 82, 80, 3, 2, 8 inch pads, 61/2 inch pads, micro's, towels, wash's, clay's, etc. What I want is to get rid of the swrils, totally, without filling them, get the highest gloss from polish, and the wettest look from wax, (any products), am leaning towards menerzza (sp), I have 100 dollars to spend (Christmas and B-day). I need help. What do I need to get the ultimate shine, gloss, (for white) not to make it harder) for my truck? Any and all suggestions welcome.

Well, you are already good to go. Are you good with using the rotary? I would start of with the least aggresive polish and then work from there.

If you're eyeing Menzerna by all means try Intensive Polish and Final Polish II. If you're only dealing with swirls or micromarring and you are proficient with the rotary these are probably the only two from their line up that you will need.

I have had a Wren polisher but have moved up to a Makita. The Wren is very old and did not do a good job, was hard to control, bogged down, I'm sure the Makita is going to be a new learning curve, but after I washed my truck, and clayed the last time it had so many swrils I could hardly see the paint I thought is was time to try something else. I want to get rid of the swrils without filling them. What do you suggest?

Use #83 or #82 with a polishing pad. If that does not work then move up to a cutting pad. With #83 you will most likely get some haze but on white you won't see it anyway. :hah You can either move to #82 or to your LSP.

The best look I have gotten on white ...
Remove swirls ... #83, SSR 2.5 etc. using rotary or PC
Final polish with Poorboys SSR 1 using the PC set at max speed and a polishing pad.
3 coats of UPP waiting 24 hours between each one.
After another 24 hours go over the vehicle with Adams Detail Spray.
This gives me the shiniest, most reflective, wet looking white paint yet.
