This guy could use some help

now the entire forum is going to think the product sucks if a forum admisnistrator says that

there must be some huge abrasives, like gravel, in smr if it produces "scratches galore". it couldn't possibly be anything else.(sarcasm) i'm kinda curious as to how he can use smr so poorly and still get good results with scratchx???? what the heck is that guy up to?

Funnily(sp?) enough I told him to get SMR. He had spiderwebbing and wanted to get rid of it. I told him to try the next agressive step up from "Scratch X". Shrugs.. I'm not sure what to say now. I had really good luck with SMR!

maybe you should tell him to work in smr until it breaks down/turns clear. it sounds to me like he barely worked it in and was left with hazing. then he used scratchx, which in my experience breaks down pretty quick, to remove the haze. i think by scratches galore he meant thousands of tiny scratches(haze). i think you should drop him a line and tell him to post his positive results when he uses the product correctly.

Hehe, if you hit the URL i basically told him that. In my case, it sort of turned chalky and kinda upped and blew away for the most part.
