Think I made a new Poorboy customer tonight

A friend of mine has a green 2008 Bullitt Mustang, & we detailed it this evening. I know the history of the car. It sat outside at the dealership for around 6 months, but he keeps it garaged so I knew it wouldn't be too much of a challenge. We clayed it, then took the PC & polished it with Pro Polish. The paint was looking much better at that point, but then we took the Black Hole to it. I wasn't sure the Black Hole made that much of a difference until we stood back. That's when we could tell! It really brought out the green. Anyway, we then put a coat of EX on it. It was getting dark so we couldn't get any pics. I'll take some tomorrow after a couple of coats of Natty's Blue before the cruise-in we go to. My friend was ecstatic with the results, & I expect he'll be ordering Poorboy's products soon.

I know that when people get the chance to see some of the upper level car products on the market they are really blown away...

Funny story I detailed an 89 convertible Mercedes last month, and I was talking to the customer and my friend that referred the customer about the Poorboy's wax. He had a sprinkler system that his wife called it Poorboys because it was basically a bunch of hoses buried in the ground with like 18 different valves he could switch on and off. The funny thing is the guy obviously had money but decided to create his own irrigation system out of 100+ ft. of house and numerous values. I just thought the correlation was funny as did they.

thanks Mike .. looking forward to the pictures :inspector:

As promised, here are the pics. We threw a quick coat of Natty's Blue on it before heading out. Other than the show pic, the rest were taken in the shade in my driveway so they don't exactly convey the quality of the finish. The car came out beautiful, as they always do with Poorboys!

WOW that's a nice looking car and the paint looks great! I am sure your buddy is very happy with his car now. The good thing is after using PB'S the stuff sells itself. :howdy

Thanx everyone. His Bullitt looks better than my GT! I've still got that Ziebart Diamond Gloss stuff on mine that the dealership installed. I'll get around to claying it off & doing it right one of these Saturdays.
