Hi again guys...First of all i would like to thank you once again for the great and useful information/advice that you have given me until now....

I hope that you remember this guy with the Lamborghini...

As i said before, this guy imports to Cyprus only this type of cars and he also has a company that installs clear bra on the cars(not only on the ones that he sells).

So this guy is thinking of opening a new showroom and garage for those cars.

The whole idea is to have there:

1)his showroom,

2)the garage for the service for those cars ONLY (Lambo, Ferrari, Porsche etc)

3)the part of the bra installation

4)a shop with accessories for those cars

5)AND ME

He asked me if i would like to rent a part of his place just to detail the cars before the bra's installation and also provide a full detailing on luxury cars(from a ''simple''car wash, to full detail,exterior,interior,engine wash etc etc)

By moving there,IMO, it is a huge opportunity for me to be a very well known detailer.

Also,always IMO, i think that those guys(the owners of that cars) will not mind paying more for a car wash,when they know that everything it is going to be clean (engine,wheels,paint,interior)+ waxing every 2-3 months.

Also it will attract the owners of ''cheaper'' cars like BMW, AUDI etc etc... because if someone can detail a Lamborghini to perfection it will be OK to detail any car..(at least in Cyprus )

In Cyprus it is matter of 'name'.If you have a good name,everybody will come and you can do anything you want with prices.

So what do you think about that??Is it a good idea to move there??

Seems like a no brainer; but look at it from a business standpoint on the other man's side.



Whats in it for him? How will YOU be making HIM money? He must think you're going to be somehow; or he wouldn't have made the offer.



Just because you enjoy the job and the exotic ladies; don't be hasty and get the short end of a raw deal.

The most important for him is because i will pay him an amount for the rent because 700sq.meters are too much money to pay for rent.

He will get better prices from me than from others(and better service as he said)

When a car arrives from the container,he want it to stay here until the customer come and get it,and not driving the car to a detailer or to a car wash etc.

He hopes that MY customers will install the bra

And generally he likes to have an ''one stop service'' place...

He likes those cars,and he likes to see them shinning and believe me there are not many people that provide a good job on the cars...
