The new HD

Nice truck. But you might want to put the bumper back where it was. That gap is rather unsightly.

Yes indeed the bumper needs more adjustment. It's been eating me alive today.

I had it pulled forward like so on my last truck. I just haven't had the time to get it shimmed out perfectly. Once it warms up (40's here in florida) I'll go back out and get it straightened out.

:bigups

It's pulled out to fit the tires.

On my last HD I had to cut the lower valance for the tires to clear on turns.

I want to avoid cutting the valance again. I just need to get a handfull of shims and get it set right again.

It will look just fine once I get the shims in.

So you have a lifted HD with mud-tires. Do you as an autopian take it off-road. Reason I ask is I have off-road tires on my Tundra, but I dont take it off road for fear of getting it dirty.

Ding, Ding we have a winner.

It's for looks. I like the aggressive tread on a truck. No way it's going off road. Maybe when it gets about 300,000 on it and is ready to trade.

I did get the bumper straight today. I'll get some pics up next weekend when I pull it back out of the garage.

Well you made me feel a little better. I feel like a dork putting offroad tires on my truck knowing that it will hardly ever go off road.

I guess I'm a poser then too, right? I have a 4wd Cummins truck. I will never tow anything and I will probably never use the 4wd.
