oh, marty marty marty, the master detailer :LOLOL

However, the one thing I will say is that it appears he's slowing learning - if you look in the gallery, he seems to have discovered proper halogen lighting, as well as some masking technique.

He doesn't do very good videos... but from the few vids I did watch, it just seems that he likes to talk and promote himself.

In defense of Martin, he's an excellent business man, marketer and a Veteran to add. Not too many on this site can compare to what he's accomplished. Just because his workflow isn't in-line with Autopia standards, I can assure you he's very successful at what he does.

Thanks David for your defense.

You,Todd & Brian have been my biggest supporters and that means a lot to me and I thank you my friend.

I may not do it like everyone else but dont be fooled, I am more capable than most at what I do. I stay extremly busy.

My disorders, parkinsons and my disabilities make things extremly difficult and just because you may think I am a hack, I can guarantee that you are more than a hack than I am.

David knows what I am capable of producing and the quality that very few on this forum are capable of producing.

I should clarify what I said earlier. When I said he likes to talk and promote himself, I didn't mean that in a negative way. His videos however (just like others I have seen) aren't the best, shaky hand-held isn't the way to do a video, IMO. That said, I can't comment or judge his detailing skills or experience, having never met him or seen his work.

Not that bad for someone with full blown Parkinson's Disease though. Hard to keep a camera straight when your hands are shaking?

I'd bet it wouldn't be easy. Personally, I say use a tripod, Parkinson's or not. And this doesn't just apply for this particular detailer, I've seen lots of homemade detailing videos that are similar.

This guy just PM'd me,

all I have to say is that the OP is a ****.

The individual PM'd me as well. Calling him a hack I think is over-stepping it, unless you've seen his work.

I never called him a hack but asked the OP why he considered him a hack. I watched a few of his videos and they seem fine to me, nothing that raises a red flag at all.

Seems like a real nice guy,
