The Klasse twins topped with WAUD

I applied the Klasse twins about a month ago and love how my car looks! However, I have been using WAUD at every wash. Does this remove the Klasse and does anyone else out there use it like this? Also, how often do you polish your cars with a PC, to remove light swirls, ect. And finally, I just moved to apartment and cannot garage my car anymore, how often must I apply AIO and SG to protect my paint? Please help. Thanks.

WAUD should not remove klasse. I'm going to safely guess that is a pure spray wax, and not a cleaner spray wax :p . All kidding aside, it will not remove your SG.

I polish my cars with AIO 2x a year. Once in the spring, once in the fall. I don't use anything more abrasive unless I have swirls to remove. I generally try to use abrasive polishes as little as possible. My rule is to remove swirls once, and never do it again by following proper wash and dry technique. Improper washing and drying are the #1 cause of new swirl marks. This obviously is not totally realistic, as regular maintenance will introduce some new swirls.

In my own situation, I used an abraive polish 3 years ago to remove all the swirls I accummulated prior to becoming an autopian. I didn't have to use an abrasive polish on the car again until this month. I finally gave in and removed the swirls I accummulated over the last 3 years from my poor drying towels (which I've since replaced).

I apply 3 coats of SG spaced 1 week apart and get 6 months of durability. You should have no problems getting the same results. No need to constantly re-apply. Klasse is known for durability.

Bill.

I did the same. Klasse AIOx1, SGx3. And am now using the Eagle One Wax-As-U-Dry after every wash. It makes drying the car quite a bit easier, gives the surface a slick look, and hopefully adds a little protection in the process.
