The best product for removing paint transfer

Hello All,

What is the best product for removing paint transfer? My mother Mountaineer has some blue-green paint (from someone's door I assume) and she wasnt's to know if I can remove. Would PP be appropriate for this...or should I go more aggressive (possibly SSR1)? Also, should I just clay to see if the paint will remove with that?
 
Hope it's just paint transfer & the surface isn't broken. I'd start with some clay, then try PP on a MF or terry pad, resort to SSR1 only if necessary.
