Sometimes when i buff off the wax or any type of product im using on the car it usually scartches or just leaves some swirl marks.

Is there a special type of buffing towel that i should use to buff out my sealents or wax?It will be helpful if you guys can supply me a link.

I was roaming around autopia car cares website, and i saw the "whats the edal with microfiber thread"and it showed all types of microfiber towels.
This is the one i have http://www.autopia-carcare.com/inf-microfiber.html
It talks about it being inexpensive and for general purpose only. That makes swirl marks in my paint.

I want to get a buffing towel to use for klasse steps and ssr and waxing.please show me the best quaility thanks guys.

I love detail city you guys give a lot of info!

I really like the dark green cobra mf's from autogeek. I think there about 7-8 bucks a peice but are well worth it IMHO. I also have been using the new gold class mf towels. They are twice as long as normal mfs but the same width. Those are $5 a towel and are good quality.

As far as "best", I have no idea, but.....
I do have several MF towels from several sources, (including the Autopia Store), and haven't experienced any marring of the paint from any of them.
I wonder if there might be something in your process that migh be contributing to your problem.
Examples:
1. Was the towel truly clean? It's pretty easy to have something stuck to the fibers even after washing.
2. Did you use a liquid detergent when you washed the towel? I hear that granular/powder detergents sometime leave some residue.
3. Is there any chance that dust or dirt could have some way gotten in your wax/sealant before you wiped it off?
4. Did you apply your wax/sealant heavy enough that it might have built up on the towel while you were removing it? If you had to rub with any pressure, you may have caused the marring then.
5. Was the car completely clean when you applid your wax/sealnt?
6. Could the marring have been caused by the applicator you used?
7. Are you tired of my questions? :D

Since it isn't a problem I have experienced, all I can do is guess, but I doubt that the MF towel itself is the problem. The Autopia Store has good stuff, just like the sponsors here.
