THATS FRESH Detailed: 2006 Black Sapphire Metallic 325Cic

This vert was already in good condition both inside and out. Also with it being a vert, the detail only took a few hours to do some paint correction and treat the top. for some reason, the trunk was heavily swirled than the rest of the body. i used just SIP/orange for most of the car and SIP/106FF for the trunk.

*Interior: the usual dusting, vacuuming, final wipe down.

engine bay, washed the wheels, the top, and then the whole car

thanks for looking.

*im posting in here even though i dont do this full time. i only get 4-5 cars a month. so mods feel free to move this thread.

I see you used just SIP/orange for most of the car, did you follow that with 106ff, or just on the trunk?

How did it finish out? I have a 5 Series this afternoon, and the person wants a 1-step polish, i was thinking about SIP/orange or white.

ps. looks great!

the whole car i was able to pass with just SIP/orange. but the trunk i had to followup with the 106FF/white. gLuck with the 1step. let me know how that goes

followup vid 3 months later.

this is a followup video 3 months after the first application on the 2006 BMW 2006. This car has been washed 7 times and is parked outside during the workday. The top has seen numerous hours of rain here in Virginia during the pass few months. Before washing the car, i took a short video to show how my custom solution has held up during the past few months.

*looking back. yeah it does look like it. but maybe its the angle of the shots. i tried to get the right angle to show off swirl free/metallic finish. any tips for taking finishing pics for metallic paint dan?

next time it comes for a wash, ill try and get some pics of the finish

Nice work, Glenn! What was the paint like (hard/soft)? The paint on Bimmers here is as hard as friggin' nails, just like the Mercs, Ferraris, Maseratis and the hardest of them all VW... I HATE VW PAINT WITH A PASSION!!!

What exactly did you use on the top? I have a convertible as well and would like to get my top in that condition...if its even possible! Haha

Great job btw
