Just got my order about 5 minutes ago, and lo and behold, there was included...............................................you can wait :eat: . Thanks a lot for the specials, Steve!
OTOH, I hate FedEx. I watched the guy literally throw the package onto my doorstep
...despite the fact that there were "FRAGILE handle with care" labels on 4 out of the 6 sides of the box.
