Just wanted to publicly thank Steve over at Poorboy's World for the excellent service and quick shipping. I ordered some WW towels from him on Friday and then were at my door Saturday. Thanks again Steve. :biggrin:
 
Get the same thing in the state of Delaware, which is really nice if you need something quick.

Steve's order processing, packing, invoicing, and follow up if you have any issues are SECOND TO NONE! (Not to mention that he has a fine line of products).
 
I actually just came on here to post something about the AWESOME service I just received from Steve at Poorboys! I just ordered a bunch of MF towels yesterday, but my computer screwed up and I ended up making two orders without knowing it. I was shocked when Steve actually e-mailed me notifying me of my error and asking if I'd meant to make two orders and then VERY QUICKLY took care of the problem for me. Most online companies I've known would have just taken advantage of my mistake. As a mobile detailer who will need more poorboys products in the future and a very satisfied first-time customer I must say I will definitely be back to Steve in the near future.
 
Even though we know he has been very busy of late, I promptly got my order and the packaging was marvelous - when I saw all those packing-peanuts and plastic bags, I expected to see eggs or precious jewels inside. :beer_smil

This is my first time using his products and I am looking very forward to it!

I could not have said it any better. I am constantly amazed at the results. In fact, now that I have most of the line, I am starting to stock up the backup supply cabinet now. I don't know what I would do if I ran out of EX!

As for my last order, shipping was fast, the customer service second to none, and even the packaging was great.

I got some of his plush blue MF towels from his last sale...for removing product residue I was blowen away BIG TIME.....I have quite a collection of Steves MF towels that are all great quality......his service is second to none
