While everyone has been keeping Ray busy, I have been keeping Paul busy! I placed an order over Memorial Day weekend via PM with Paul. I received confirmation of my order and continued on with my day. Flash forward to Monday of this week and it dawned on me that I hadn`t received my order yet. A simple PM to Paul inquiring on the status of my order - and if it hadn`t shipped, I wanted to add a product to the order. Well Paul responded back by sending my order out the same day via Next Day Air - with the added product as a "sorry" gift!!

I also had a product come in that was damaged (UPS to blame) and Paul had to notify me that I had gotten the last bottle, and delivery was 6-8 weeks out for a replacement. I sent him a response that I would upgrade my order to another product and just pay the difference - well I never had a chance to authorize funds, just received a PM stating "the upgrade is on me".

I have only been on this site for a year or so, but the customer service is above and beyond anything I would have ever expected. Thank you Paul and thank you Autopia!!!!!

Thanks for the thread and kind words, I`m just glad that I`ve been able to help out and get to spend my day working with such awesome customers :bigups
Few things are more rewarding that the satisfaction of being able to help out others who have the same fetish for a freshly detailed vehicle :autopia:
