I've been wondering for a while what I could possibly do to get in their but I haven't really figured anything out yet. For clarification, I am wondering if anyone has any recommendations on how to clean the exterior glass between the topper and the cab of a truck. Thank you in advance.

If you can't get anything in between, can you squirt something in there with a straw attachment and then rinse afterwards.....?

That looks like a tough one.......Good luck.....

I tried the Glass Master and on some vehicles it was too wide. Outstanding product for vehicles that have the extreme angle on the dash and the inside glass.

Now I use a 4’ X ½â€ wood dowel for the stick part and a couple of rubber bands to hold on the MF sponges or MF towels. I also attach a MF towel where the cab and the body part opening is so I have no scratches.

Try this because it works and cost might be $2 bucks for the dowel.

Get some buddy's together, remove the topper, clean the glass very well and throw some sealant on it and then put the cab back on. You dont even have to remove the topper, just slide it back a few feet.

I know this problem all too well. The Glass Master Pro is too wide for most of the vehicles out there and the reach is too short to get all the window. The X-TENDO Mitt would wash the area but then you have to dry it to get really clean glass. If they only made the front of the topper be able to tilt in that would really help. But the only thing I have found that works is a really good yard stick. The one I have is about a 1/4" thick. Bought it from a school supply place. It is thin enough to go in and thick enough not to flex to much under pressure. I wrap a wet rag around the yard stick clean then wrap a dry towel to finish up. If anyone has an easier solution I am all ears.

If it's just fastened by clamps like my dad's I would just loosen the clamps and slide the topper back a few inches so you can get in there better.

For the time you might waste on trying to get it clean, wouldn't it be easier/less time to just loosen the cap and slde it back and do it completely? Either way is a PITA.

I found the type that I use..its called the Slim Gem Truck Window Washer at properautocare.

Take a wash mitt and other end has a squeege
