Taking my car in to be repainted for the 2nd time in 2 months

I had my car repainted after a crash and they did a great job. They offered lifetime guarentee on the paint and after washing it I noticed about 4 paint bubbles and paint chips on my fender. On my other feneder there seems to be some weird substance I cant get out. Ive tried claying and AIO and nothing makes a dent. It looks and feels like waxed had dried, but I havent waxed it since before the accident.

They are a very good shop. Did work on my mother's car and my brothers CL and came out flawless. However it seems that it isnt up to par on this time. Hopefully they will honor the lifetime paint and fix the other fender. BTW congrats on the new G35.
 
I had this happen with the authorised Mercedes shop with mom' s E300 (now ex-E300). They just fixed it without any questions asked along with a gift of appology... (A set of velour mats matching the body color=dark blue.)



They should fix it... Good luck :)
