This is a pic from last Saturday. Southerndetail spent a good hour and a half training me to use the buffer. Not as easy as he makes it look!:D I was glad that of all things, I was not aggressive enough rather that too aggressive. I was pleased with the result. The passenger side is the before and the driver's side is after. Notice a difference?

I am pleased with the results and fairly impressed for being my first time with a buffer, but this is only because I had an excelent teacher. I am anxious to finish my truck and get lots more practice! Updates soon.

I was using a high speed buffer with a light compound & a cutting pad then a polish & a polishing pad. Then a scratch remover, a polish and a coat of wax was applied with an orbital buffer. All products are from a local detailing supply store called "HD Products" except for the wax which was some Mothers Carnauba Cleaner Wax left over from the clay bar kit.
