This detail was a new car prep for a week-old Melbourne Red E92 M3 Competition Package. The owner picked the car up from the dealer and was not happy at all with all the swirl marks left from the "new car prep" at the dealer.

The owner wanted to get the car looking like it should have the day he picked it up, and with a coat of Swissvax on the paint. This car required Swissvax Cleaner Fluid Strong on the hood and trunk, and got a single stage polish on the rest of the car with Swissvax Cleaner Fluid Professional and a Swissvax FINE Pad. The car was then finished off with Swissvax Blau-Weiss.

We did not do any work to the interior or engine bay.

The car was dropped off around 8am and finished around 6pm.

Looks great! My dad and I are picking up an '08 M6 in black sapphire with the carbon fiber roof, and I plan to do paint correction on it, but am nervous about the carbon fiber roof. What combo would you recommend I start with? Would M105 be too agressive for the clearcoat on the CF roof? Or maybe like Menzera superfinish or PO85RD on a white LC CCS pad?
