Swirl/scratch removal on Laptop screen

Ok, I inherited a company laptop that looks ok until daylight hits the screen. Looks like someone cleaned it repeatedly with an abrasive cloth. Lots of hairline scratches and directional swirls.

I know it would be a bit much to try DACP and the pc on 5.... but is there any product and technique that I could try to help clean up this screen.

Just from being around computers a good deal, I really don't think you can do anything without harming the display to get rid of the scratches. Personally, I would just deal with them.

The only thing that I would recomend is a product that is made for the Ipod for scratch removal .... or maybe even Novus is a pretty good product as well!

My son was carrying my new Ipod "naked" in his pocket while we were on vacation, and now he "would like" to try to remove all the scratches he installed by doing so.:ticked
