Supra with highly polished wheels

Soo, washed up my Supra and snapped some pics, but I do have some questions about my wheels. They are CCW's that are uncoated and are bare polished wheels, which seems to have some water marks etched into them.

Any suggestions on what my have some cut to take care of this?

I use Neverdull to keep them clean, and have tried Mother aum polish but it does'nt seem to have enough cut. I'm trying to get them clean enough so I can Zoop Seal em.

Have you tried a Mothers PowerBall with their polish yet? They now have two versions, the Mini MD has more cut for the initial defect removal, and the original to finish them off:

Amazon.com: Mothers 5141 PowerBall Mini with 10-Inch Extension: Automotive

The latter red mini can often be found at Wal-Mart. The yellow PowerBall MD appears to be fairly new, but I did see a demo at a show back in August. Those are pretty nice wheels so I'd test an area before I went all out with the MD.

Edit: Looks like Josh beat me to the post while I was looking up links. Anyway, looking closer at the PowerBall MD it might be too harsh for what you need to get out. I'd just try one of the original red PowerBalls first.

I would recommend against Zoopseal... I've heard bad things about it's long-run durability. Consider polishing it every coupla months - I've gotten polishing down to 20 minutes for all 4 wheels, and it keeps mine looking great.

A powerball is nice to have, but what you really need is a metal polish with more cut. Wolfgang makes a couple grades, your wheels look like they could use a mid-grade followed by a fine finish. Another good choice is English Custom polishes from Top of the Line.

CCW 505A's...nice wheels! There are alot of good aluminum polishing products. I use the Wenol twins now. They're working good for me.

Get them Clearcoated!

Ya I've used the powerball and it def helped on most of it, but the insides of the spokes have spots that I can't get to. A buddy of mine recommended Flitz?

Does this have more cut to it?

Also its not a auto anymore, 10k later 6 spd.

CCW did not recommend clear coating them, as they lose their luster.

There are downsides to Zoop Seal? Let me know as I've only heard it makes em stay nice for about a year.

+1 on the English Custom Polish line from top of the line...i've been working on a VERY oxidized, corroded aluminum camper top and the English products have been by far the best. i've used Wenol, Flitz, and the ECP line...by hand and by machine...nothing can touch the ECP. :)
