Why is the O2 set up like that or is that something else?

How are those cats? I'm looking for some and can't give up any ground clearance.

Those are high flow cats and they are light that so they don't through a code. This car is lowered on Eibach Pro Kit Springs as well. It is no lower then the stock cats
