SUPERB All Purpose Cleaner!!!!

CITRA-SOLV is so far the best 'All Purpose Cleaner' that I have used to date. What makes this product great for me is the price, ability, and scent.



I use Citra-Solv for numerous things such as bug and tar spots on cars to my mirrors in my bathroom. This product has taken out tough oil stains in floor mats as well as clean windows for me. I have compared it to my second favorite APC (Simple Green). Simple Green IMO is a great buy. But what seperates the two is the scent that Citra-Solv leaves behind. And it doesn't leave a greenish stain behind like Simple Green can if not dilluted very much.



Just thought I would share this great product with everyone. Please reply with your experiences with this product! :getdown :getdown

No I do not. I hear the company just changed ownership and the customer service is slow right now.



Their site does not seem to offer much help either. I would post in your region and see if anybody knows where the local distributor is.
 
I really like Coscto's Kafko "Oil Eater" APC, it's like $7 for a gallon and a quarter (who needs samples when it's $7 a gallon!).



I personally see Citra-Solv as prohibitably expensive. There are a lot of excellent APC's out there for MUCH less $.
 
Never used Citra-solv but I have used a product from the dollar store called MEAN GREEN ....$5 a gallon will clean rags with wax on them like you never seen before. Stuff is good.
 
I'm sure a lot of people can chime in, Castrol APC is one of the best that I have used to date. You can get it at wallmart for around 5 bucks. I'm sorry but for 50 dollars I could buy a jar of Souveran on sale.

Wow! It looks like the Price per gallon for an APC is getting cheaper and cheaper the longer this thread goes on! Maybe if this thread lasts for 3 days or so we'll come across an APC that is free to the public :woohoo:

umm..if its the dollar store, shouldn't it be $1? Just asking :o
 
I use Charlie's APC. I was able to take out oil stains 7 years old off my garage cement floor and the mix was about 1:3 with water. I was lucky to be the 5th person so I got double the amount.
