2-Step Correction 2006 GTO

This is a daily driven GTO. I decided to go with a 2 step method on this one. Being that I like Poorboy’s Worlds SSR2 on the last 2 vehicles I used I decided to use it on this one once again.





Products Used:

Wash: Poorboy’s World Super Slick and Sud/Soaked with P21S TAW

Clay: Pinnacle

Clay Lube: DP Rinseless Wash and Gloss

Wheels: Poorboy’s World Spray N’ Rinse

Wheel Protection: DP Wheel Glaze

Tires: DP Tire Gel

Exhaust Tips: Optima Metal Polish via Steel Wool # 0000

Correction: Poorboy’s World SSR2 via Griot Garage Cyan and Tangerine Hydro Tech Pads (5.5’’)

Custom Intake manifold, Headers, True Dual with x-pipe, bigger injectors, bigger tb, E85 and there are alot of other mods that I do not know

Looks great!! Did you get almost 100% correction with those two passes or was there any micromarring or larger scratches that you were unable to get out? Also, 'about' how much time did the polishing take you??



But what is he doing with those rear tires!! Pontiac finally made a car that had a little European flair with a decent interior that could handle well. Yeah, it can go straight in a fast line, but also turn. Looks like this one can only go fast in a straight line. I have a 600 hp car that has 25 aspect ratio tires on the rear which can go fast in a straight line AND turn!! Why waste it? /rant

Thank You, I got about 90% of the paint corrected. As for the car it was going to the track the next day and that what it has the drag radials on it. It normally drives around with the stock tires

Hell ya! How funny would it be to roll up to the pit in your just-polished LS2, with tire shine on the drag radials and start tearin it up. That's some muscle right there.
