Seeking the perfect shine
Here's my Baby...

I was just posting on here to see if any of you more experienced detailers may have any suggestions on Products to try on this color paint.

I've tried and have had good experiences with Wolfgang and Klasse AIO/UPP. What products would you guys suggest I try on this Metallic Green? It'd be nice to find something to really make the color shine and the flake pop!

Also, my Dad has a new Nissan Titan in that Smoke Color. I've been meaning to help him detail it and put some protection on that paint. Any suggestions on good products for that dark grey?

I know it's not an ACTUAL picture.....best I could do..

Z2Pro and NXT spring to my mind.
Wolfgang is good too as you've found out.
Souveran as well, but it might mute your flake somewhat.

what are you polishing with ???? you list only LSP that is just the icing on the cake you need to bake first then put the icing on.....

I'm partial to Poorboys lineup. Try the EX lineup...you can also top with Natty's for some real depth. I'm sure you wont be dissapointed!

I've used poorboy's EX topped with Pinnacle signature on my taurus with nice results. Used SSR1 to remove some swirling and polished with PB's PP

Well, I've had good luck with Meguiar's DACP for polish. Most of my processes start with it. DACP to AIO/WGPC/UPC to WGPS/UPP.

I haven't yet tried any of the PB's SSRs. I've had good luck w/ DACP on the Megs Red pad. If it ain't broke, don't fix it, IMO.

Mostly, My question WAS about LSPs. I felt like I had the process up to then down. However, any suggestions would be appreciated.

Well, that's the key! :bigups If you feel you have the prep work done correctly, then almost any LSP will look great...

If you want a clear, reflective look... go with the synthetic products.

If you want a wetter, deeper look... go with the carnauba products.

Yes, there are some LSP that fall somewhere in-between... like NXT, EX, UPP. They are excellent choices.

TEGS rule!!!

If I were you I'd try the new Poorboy's EX-P. I loved the old EX-P on metallics already. Top it with your fav carnauba and you got a winning combo!!!

I am curious how FMJ would look. I have used it on white and tan so far, but would like to see it on some color.
We are in the same town. If you want to try a little FMJ, pm me.
