as i posted before i have had problems with FP2 smearing/smudging upon removal.

any products that are similar to FP2

just trying to get ideas for when i run out :xyxthumbs

i would try working it longer. FP goes a LONG way and my guess (not trying to sound mean) is that you are using too much for a little area or that you aren't working it long enough.

You just made a good point. I didn't even read the whole post, I just replied to the FPII comps. portion. I would agree to try to work it in longer or faster. What speed are you using?

When I use Menzerna I work them until almost invisible. It insures all of the abrasives break down thoroughly for the highest gloss possible.

i usually use IP at 6 and FP at 5.

since i still have FP, i'll defiantely try working it longer and using less of it. I like the menzerna products :xyxthumbs

thanks fellers :D

You could also try this - when the FP is starting to "gum up", spritz your pad lightly with EO W&S, then works the area some more. I haven't tried it lately because of the cooler temps, but it seems to help when working on dark colored vehicles in the sun in summer.
