We also removed the wheels to apply Cquartz Finest to the wheel faces and inside barrels, as well as the brake calipers.

There was also a "film" over the entire vehicle, I could only come up with it possibly being a layer of adhesive from the plastic that is used to protect the vehicle during transit from the factory. It shows up as tiny specs or dots in the paint surface, which made the paint look a dull. Luckily, it was removed in the polishing step and made for a dramatic change in gloss.

There were a few spots on the car where something was rubbing on the finish creating dull spots and scratches.

Below are a few photos that show the defects in the paint removed after the first stage of correction. The paint will still be refined even further with additional steps of polishing for the most clarity in the clearcoat possible.

Wheels Off Cquartz Finest Application
This is a very popular option, especially with our sports car enthusiasts. Each wheel is carefully removed from the vehicle, cleaned inside and out, then protected with two coats of Cquartz Finest. This makes general maintenance of the wheels a much easier task, as the brake dust can be easily washed away instead of embedding into the wheel finish.

As you can see the Hellcat is pretty notorious for heavy brake dust coming from it large Brembo brake system.

Cleaned, prepped and protected with Cquartz Finest.

Cquartz Finest works amazingly well on matte surfaces. It maintains the matte finish, while giving it a very rich look and great durability, even in a harsh environment such as the wheels.

The calipers receive the same treatment as the wheels to protect the powder coat finish. The inner liners and wheel arches are also cleaned and dressed. Before.

Xpel Ultimate Paint Protection Film

Xpel Ultimate Paint Protection Film was applied to the nose cone to protect against road debris and rock chips. Sorry, again on a time crunch and short on hands, so I wasnt able to take photos during the install. Yes, the car does have clear film in all the following photos!

Stunning work as always! I remember having to correct a lot of the same defects on new cars when I worked for Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge about 4 years ago. We would even get new cars in where you could see that they spot sanded small areas after paint but didn't fully polish them out leaving a cloudy circle behind. Great job and thanks for sharing!
