I really am impressed by Zaino Z-5. It has a nice liquid look and gloss about it. Highly recommended. :)

I should also add I am impressed by my first ride in a WRX. Very quick, great handling and plenty of turbo boost. Very nice car...

Pictures like those are why i use Zaino on my black truck. Never got the results that your pictures show but I am still trying.

I really do like trim restore as a good product that makes a dramatic difference in the look. Can trim be wet looking yet shiny with out being wet or shiny?

Was this all done by hand? Most likely not since you used SSR2.5?

Interesting that you went strait to Z5 after Poorboy's SSR2.5. I would have used ZPC or AIO before applying Z5. No denying the look tho. Not trying to be critical. just obsevations. The look is to die for IMHO.

All the pictures are nice. Really showcases the vehicle. The last one is my favorite. Who said Zaino could not have a warm glo.

We started an hour late so I was losing sunlight but I had meant to do a Z-PC polish.

I apply all my Zaino by hand which is real effective and easy since it is so smooth and a little goes a long way.

I also agree with your comments about Trim Restore. Poorboys really has a fine product here. I have not been able to find anything with quite the performance of it on black trim. I also like how deep, wet black trims offset and highlight a quality detail job on the paint.

That blue is one of my favorite colors.

Those WRX's are really sweet. I've had to compete against a couple doing autocross. They really scream.

Wow! You've managed to make a car, that in my opinion isn't quite attractive, look like pure sweetness. If I was gauranteed that my car will always stay like that for every day, II would definately buy one!

Thanks for the kind comments. We spent about 4 hours on it. Fixed up the interior a bit as well. The cloth seats are covered with a cool, grippy gauze and the MetroVac is tailor made for vacuuming it.

TJ added PB Wheel Sealant on the wheels which also helped a bit.

Sweet! I wish they had that type of a performance package @ that price point when I was in my early 20's! That is a fun car, and I love the color!

Will you have a chance to check the paint in a few weeks? I'd like to hear how the SSR prep/Z combo worked out. From what I've heard....... it's not going to bond/last as long with that combo (but I've never tried it, so I don't know).

At any rate, it looks great! Thanks for sharing!

What's your take on Z16?

I'm sold on Z2Pro, Z5, ZPC, Z8, and Z10, but I'm not sure if I'd buy the rest of the lot again. I wasn't sure about Z10 the first time that I tried it, but the more I use it (temp is key) the more I like it. It dries very uniform, smells great, and holds up very well on the leather.

What's your take on Z16?

I like it. It's decently durable and has a semi-glossy but somewhat matte look.

Z-10 is the best leather product I have used but Leather Stuff is good for periodic maintenance.

Might see TJ soon. Want to give him a sample of Z-7 and Z-8 so he can maintain it until he gets an order in...
