"Stripper" Video

We're on Autopia, so this isn't about scantily clad women (sorry)--it shows how easily a car can get stripped to a shell in a very short time!



Here's the link to the story. Check out the "live demonstration" video--I'm sure the car had been prepped somewhat and the guys had rehearsed, but keep in mind how much practice the real auto theft pros get! I'm guessing that this may not be too far from what can really happen in about the same time.

What's even scarier is that there are tow truck drivers who can steal cars in less than 30 seconds flat. It doesn't matter what you do to your car, they can still steal it from you... and in the cities, "unauthorized" tow trucks are everywhere (where they steal your car and take it to a chop shop)... although many "legit" tow truck drivers might as well be unauthorized... hard to find a quality driver these days
 
Your trickey, KiaDude. What a let down after the title you gave.:cry: Did you all notice that those guys needed to oil their "speed" bars. To quote Chevy Chase, " It's all ball bearings nowadays."
