Strip or Not

Ready for a change so I'm gonna try some Clearkote on my black vette. Question is, should I polish all the Zaino off before applying the Clearkote stuff or go right over it? I currently have the full Z lineup on now and will be applying RMG, Yellow Cream & Carnauba Wax.
