I'm buffing out a 2012 Yellow Challenger that has moderate water stains and the usual swirls light scratches, with M100, a Rupes clone and Lake Country HD Orbital Blue Foam pads. I noticed on the vertical panels (fenders/doors)after buffing, very small, guessing 1/64 -1/32 - I can only call them chips. But they are all exactly the same shape. Random but semi numerous. Thought the owner drove thru a sand storm but they are exactly the same shape. Changed pad/product/towel but once I buff there they are. It's not solvent pop. Just wondering if anyone has seen anything like this before. Best I can describe is a microscopic (bit larger
maple leaf shape.
Try as I might, just can't get my camera to focus down.
