Stoner's Invisible Glass

Applied using Poorboys MF mit, and removed with a Poorboy MF cloth. The best glass cleaner I've ever used (in my limited detailing experience). The stuff just works great. Not much more to say. But the windows didn't stay clean for long -- my 3-year old's fingerprints were on them in no time!

Stoners is still the best IMHO.

I picked up some Eagle One 20/20 based on positive feedback here but Stoners still beats it hands down.

I used Stoner's this weekend with newsprint, and I was not thrilled: got spotting, etc., even after going over the SAME window multiple times.

Dunno, but I've had better luck with a foaming glass cleaner I bought at the Supermarket.

I am going to try Stoner's again with a viper MF and see how it works.

I've been looking for the "perfect" glass cleaner for years. Stoner's invisible glass is the best I've found. The application suggestions on the container give the best results. If the glass has been neglected it may take 3-4 applications on both sides to clean it. From that point on, just routine maint. works for me.

Boy - I bought a can of Stoner's and a bottle of the Eimann Fabrik Clear Vision stuff - the EF is WAY better for me. Has anyone who likes Stober's tried the EF stuff? The EF comes as a pure liquid in a you-pump-it bottle- you get way more product - but it is absolutely the best I've used at cutting the film that builds up on the inside of your windows, and it doesn't streak.

It actually is NOT great at exterior windows if they're really dirty - but I use soap and water for that anyway. It is the insides I hate doing, so when I do it I don't want to have to go back and do it again. I found Stoners hard to spray ONLY on the glass, that it didn't clean all that well, and that it tended to streak a bit.

The best stuff I have ever tried on glass is Autoglym Glass Polish, easy to use, does not smear, safe on tints and cleans very well.

can these be used on tinted glass?

Try doing a search on this topic. I know I've read several threads about which type of cleaner to use on tinted window film. The Stoners label addresses window tinting (I think -- I'm on the road now so the bottle's not in front of me) but I can't remember what it says. Do a thorough search before you use any product on your window tinting. Theres lots of info out there somewhere.

stoner's is a good product but i think the two towel cleaning method is the best to do to avoid streak on glass anyway
