Stoner Glass Cleaner- Love it!

I got the sample kit from Stoner this week. I've done my neighbor's car a few times- 3000GT.

I asked what had been done once because the windows clouded no matter what. I figured someone had put dressing on them. Anyway, my normal glass cleaner always left streaks/smears. No matter what towel I used they were there.

I ran into my garage today and grabbed the Stoner GC. Let's just say, I'm only using it from now on. It not only left the windows clear, but they even seemed to look polished. It's hard to explain, but the reflection of the glass was more than just clean looking. I used it on four cars today and loved it. I used the method of spraying a Z onto each window. I followed with a blue huck towel, flipped, and then wipe down final time with mf.

If you are using Stoner GC, I'm sure you know what I mean. If you are thinking of trying a new glass cleaner, I highly recommend it.

If you mean IG, I'm in the small minority in opinion about this product.I'm convinced they must've changed the formula since around '99-'00. I tried several cans around that time, it didn't do it for me, streaking existed. I tried quality mfs, newspaper, terry, you name it :nixweiss. If I don't re-visit this product I'm going to scout out more obscure brands or perhaps develop a regimen of one followed by the other when my alcohol:water solution or even Clear Power via Glass Wizard followed by Norwex mf occasionally may still let me down.

I use a Norwex glass cleaning cloth and water and is so effective (use damp) at cleaning glass that often a glass cleaner chemical (Stonerâ€â„¢s Invisible Glass, IMO about one of the best around) isn't even necessary.

I was using mf towels and only water for a short time. They do a good job due to the mf's nature of cleaning, but this cleaner leaves a certain polished glass look. The reflection/clarity was better- IMO.

I agree. IG is OK i think, on par with windex.

Eagle 1 20/20 is my favorite, best tinted window cleaner i have used.

Invisible Glass is one of the few detailing products I've ever used that actually does what it's supposed to do! I love it!

I like the IG, but EO 20/20 always out performed it for me.

The NXT glass cleaner is now my go to. I find that when using it, the product will almost flash, flip to a "dry" side of the MF and all straks are gone. Very good glass cleaner IMO.

Yeah, more like that, but not quite as bad.

I get streaking with 20/20 but never do with IG.

He he, I got streaking from both. Interestingly though the water:alcohol solution, at times when I even sprayed it directly on the glass seemed to work better :nixweiss. ( I alwys do this inside a garage) It too has drawbacks, but less, for me, so during the times I need more than this and/or a wet glass mf, I have other product(s) in mind I'll give a try
