Stiff carpet.

So yesterday I cleaned my carpet. I used 10:1 Meg's APC+ in a garden sprayer, brushed vaccuumed, then used a hose set on MIST to rinse then vaccuumed, rinsed and vaccuumed, then wiped with MF to get as much water/residue out as I could. I then left the windows up but sunroof open to let the remaining water to dry and vent.



This morning I noticed that now since the carpets are dry, the fibers seem rather stiff.

Is this residue from the APC or something else? And how can I fix it?

That would be my guess.



Wet a towel, wring it out, scrub an area, rinse, wring and repeat.
