Stereos/Audio devices w/ 3.5mm input for the mobile detailer?

For the past few years I have been going about my business with nothing but the sound of the rotary and various other tools to connect the boredom. What types of audio devices do you guys bring with you, as a mobile detailer?

I own an Archos 605, and connect it to any device at the client's home that they let me use - but it's quite rare, unless they're younger and have a newer portable stereo they would so kindly let me listen to.

Thoughts?

I have an cord for my ipod that plugs into the car's 12volt outlet and transmits via radio to the car's stereo. If I'm worried about using the car's stereo I have a very small lightweight radio that I can sit on the ground on battery power and tune it to the transmitter. :spot

Love to detail while listening to the 50's music.

.

I use my cell phone (SE W810i) with a 4gb card.

I've thought strongly about using my Berry for the same task. Does it work out ok for you? Do you keep it on your belt clip with the wires under your shirt?

I wear earplugs - habit from shooting, because my machines are loud and get to my ears.

Still though, I can hear stereos when I'm not polishing, even with the plugs.

^^Thats a great idea! I just remembered that my new phone has those holes for a strap of some sort (old one didn't have it). I can wear it under my shirt or something :)

I don't know which bb you have, but get some bluetooth headphones, OS 4.5.xx, and an 8gb mSD.

Use a wireless bluetooth headset with a smart phone.

Advantages:

1. No wires.

2. Listen to MP3s and answer phone calls with the same device/headset combination.
