Starting to Detail 2001 Saab 9-5 Turbo

Finally getting around to exterior detail my wife's car. Paint looks ok , but alot of scratches and stone chips.Where do I start. I know wash and clay 1st. what next, thanks PM
 
So... What kind of products do you have laying around, if any? Looking to spend some $$$? Do you have a PC or Rotary? What kind of results are you looking for? We need more info from your end to make suggestions!
 
Have a dewalt DW849, getting a Cyclo or PC, haven't decided yet. Have Zaino Z2, Z5, ZFX, Z8, Gliptone canuabawax and mothers cleaner wax, clay bars and different QD's.Would spent up to $20 per item needed.Just want to get scratches and swirls out with protection for the winter.Thanks, PMe
