Stanley 520 Lumen LED spotlight at Sam's Club

This is a big YMMV, but while I was at Sam's today, I spotted a Stanley LED spotlight. It's not the low Lumen one, it's the nice 520 lumen spotlight. FL5W10

$19.XX at my Sam's, I've seen it as low as 12 bucks at others. It's not listed on their site so it must be a local supply thing.

I haven't tried it out yet, still charging, but I'll compare it to the binkmann maxfire that I have. I'm sure it will be much nicer.

Edit: Sorry this belongs in the Good Deals section. My mistake.

i have one of these and it's not really something i would use to spot paint defects. it's good for far distance as it's got a long throw if that makes any sense, i can shine it all the way down the street lol...

Definitely has a good distance to it. Much more of a directed beam than the Maxfire. I can't really tell how it works for the car, both of mine are lacking any defects to speak of. All I get is blinded when I attempt to use either of them. It is nice being able to dim it and make it less intense. 10 hours of battery life, if accurate, is definitely a plus.

To get the best from LED without scorching your retinas, direct the beam off the paint as to not blast yourself but look at the light casing itself as the light is powerful enough to fire enough light to illuminate the defects.
