stains on seats

I used an extractor on my cloth seats to get up some stains that looked like coffee or soda or something of that nature. Turns out, all I did was pull the stains to the top of the seats and now they are worse :angry

what did I do wrong? How do I fix it???

Had the same experience. What worked for me was to keep with the process - I used 303 fabric cleaner and just spot cleaned it; sprayed till wet and worked it with a brush, then hit it with the extractor again. Took about 3 times but finally got it all out. Good luck!

Maybe others have different methods, but it worked for me.

I think laefd is right on target. Keep working it until you get it. Don't give up after one try. Many times it takes more than once to get things looking the way you want. Patience is key!!
