Stainless steel exhaust polish?

Well after giving the Maxima a through washing, I hit it with Perfect-It (To get rid of the scratches from sanding), then SMR with a foam applicator, then 2x AIO, then 1x SG (I plan to apply another coat soon).

So far, I am pretty pleased with the results but I now wish I had some Blitz to top my handiwork. :D

OOOOh, Klassed for the very first time.........

Like a virrririiirginnn, oh my paint now, it does shine.

Give me all your love, SG....

Ok, I'm done.

But I still haven't got the "Snake" technique. :D

SG will hold up with all the rain we are having, very good stuff. Put on a couple more coats of SG before you top it with Blitz.

In a couple of weeks, I will do just that. I am probably going to try that on the Navigator. :D

BTW, I was impressed as to how well it held up to the rain. It actually beads pretty nicely. :D

don't worry I am :)

actually I am scared to type and go into cybercowboy.com (especailly at work) you never know what you'll run into and sites like that are a no no at work :D

It is a site that one of my partners put up a couple of years ago and never did anyting with. Try it out, and turn on your speakers.

http://www.cybercowboys.com

It is kinda funny, actually. Or at the very least disturbing. It is a site we set up for ourselves, and requires passwords to get past the home page. There isn't really anything there anymore. Maybe we will do something with it someday, who knows.

The guy who did this was also the guy who did www.angelfire.com years ago and sold it back when dot-coms where still worth something. Great guy, and his twin brother races Nascar trucks.

Although I like the name Cyber Cowboys, he once told me he wondered if people would think it was a gay porn site or something.

At certain angles, you can still see faint etchings of where I sanded the car at on the hood and the nose. Does this mean I would have to remove the Klasse, apply some more PI II, apply some SMR, and re-Klasse the Maxima?

The 3M will remove the Klasse. Just 3M the affected areas, then re-Klasse the area to bring it back up to the rest of the Klasse'd car.

Pictures! Pictures! Where are the PICTURES!

Definately agree with whoever said do a few more layers of KSG before the wax topper.

Also, if you just can't wait, you can always put on the wax, live with it for however long youlike, then simply Dawn the car to remove the wax. The Klasse will survive the Dawn, and you can go back to layering KSG....

At least, that worked for me.

blue skies,

Andy

I have been trying to get a digital camera so I could snap some pics of the Maxima post Klasse. But so far, the reaction has been nothing but positive from the people that have seen my car since I did that.

Now if I can just get the endurance for that darn Navigator...:D

Prinz!! if you post one more time without pics (on this thread) we're going to have to vote you off the island!! :D;)
