Stain/Discoloration In Paint Just Noticed

Was cleaning the car today, and noticed a spot on the rear bumper behind the rear tire well. Clearcoat and paint are in tact, and also tried buffing it out, however it will not come out. Just discoloration which I cannot understand. Any advice as to what might have caused this, and any advice on how to remove? Some pictures are attached, however they are poor quality (focus was adjusted wrong on camera at the time).

Have a feeling this is from the Poorboy's tire shine. It is the only thing that I can think of. I have a feeling that it slung onto there at high speed, and "ate in" which caused discoloration. Is on the other side as well. Ordered a new factory pre-painted bumper, so this will be gone soon.

I've never seen the Poorboy's Bold N Bright tire dressing sling. It always performed well and dried to a point where I don't see how it could sling unless you put it on very thick and didn't let it dry before driving.

Please tell me you didn't order the bumper soley because of that little spot did you?

I did. Thanks.

Tire shine was just really a stab in the dark. I have noticed very minimal fling with Poorboy's in this general area on the bumper, however never noticed it leave a mark like this. Also could've been something picked up from the road such as trans fluid/brake fluid from some crap car, as there is another mark like this on the other side of the bumper as well.

The paint is smooth along with clearcoat, and there are no abnormalities in the finish other than the discoloration.
