SSRs on Plexiglass

I would like to remove some light scratches from my motorcycle windscreen and wanted to know if the SSRs and a PC would be safe to use on it. Are there any special techniques to useing them on plastic? What pad would be best for this job?

Thanks for the help.

I would personally do it by hand with Professional Polish, but if SSR's are what you have and you want to use a PC, then I would use SSR1 or 2 with a finishing pad, using SSR1 first to see if it does what you want and then SSR2 if needed.

I do have Professional Polish and Professional Polish with Carnauba. Will using a PC create more fine scratches than it removes?

if you use a finishing pad it should be ok...remember that a machine of any kind causes friction..just put your hand on the pad while it's moving and you will see.
Try a small area and see what you see...I would rather do it by hand with a soft cotton cloth and let the product do the work.
