I worked the hood on my 91 chevy tonight, here's my process:
NXT wash
clay
wash
SSR2.5 with LC Orange
SSR1 w/ orange pad
SSR1 w/ white pad
NXT w/ gray pad
Before-waterspotted, dull...this has a coat of mother's carnauba.

Washed and clayed reflection:
After the SSR phase-reflection. You can see the flake in this pic:
And finally a nice flake pic, after the NXT which sat for about an hour. I would've let it sit longer but it was getting cold and I didn't want any condensation to form on it. Besides, I was hungry (thanks to the SSRs LOL):

I'm putting on another coat of NXT tomorrow (if it doesn't rain) and hopefully it can sit all day.
