SR2/Polish Proper Sequence of Product?

I have Meguiar's Scratch Remover 2.0 and 3M's Hand Glaze(polish?). Which do I apply first? Isn't the SR2 more abrasive than the 3M Glaze? So the Glaze goes on after the SR2? Right?

Yes, your making reference to glaze vs. polish. The polish wins out on abrasiveness.
In my experience with IHG, its a chemical cleaner with light filling oils.
SSR 2, then your glaze.....

SR 2.0 is not the same product as SSR2, but either one can be used prior to 3M IHG.
