I used it for the first time today - Awesome product! :bigups

One question - you have anything spray & rinse like that works as well on tires as this does on wheels?

:lol yes try some APC on the tires and watch the dirt just run off and then rinse...if you have white letters or whitewalls , i do suggest a little aggitation:D

I've found that S&R works well on tires too.

That wasn't my experience - but it was the bomb on my wheels. Wonder if it has to do with the nature of the tires? My tires are Firehawk Indy 500's - black walls out. The black wall is kinda rough and textured. :dunno

PB's SNR did very little to clean the Goodyear and Michelin tires I tried it on. I rinsed off the same tires and sprayed them with EO A2Z and dirt and 'browning' just dripped off the tires, I was surprised just how much more dirt came off the tires using the A2Z. My review of PB's SNR with pics of SNR and A2Z in use is posted over at Autopia if anyone is interested.

IMHO PB's SNR is VERY good at cleaning rims, but it falls well short when asked to clean tires. I don't remember Steve ever claiming or selling SNR as a tire cleaner?

Keep a bottle of A2Z or a strong APC handy if you want to clean you tires, save your SNR for cleaning your rims.

I'm not sure why S&R worked on the tires for me, and not you guys. My tires are cleaned twice a week (I cut S&R 70/30). I'm not saying that S&R is better than A2Z at cleaning tires, just that I've tried it a few times and I've had success.

It is not intended as a tire cleaner, but I'm sure it can clean to some degree, but i personally use APC and also see the brown dripping upon initial spraying which I don't with the S & R.:)

Any chance you might post it on DC?

Charles

Sure ... I never uploaded the pics here at DC but I'll do it when I get home and repost my review here at DC. It's nothing special, but I did include pics of SNR and A2Z at work on two sets of wheels.

SNR and A2Z both worked very well for their intended use and I keep both products handy for occasions when I need a stronger cleaner than just wash soap and a brush.
