Spots(?) from Perfect-It II RC

Hi Guys,



After using 3M Perfect-It II Rubbing Compound, I see these tiny spots/dots that I'm unable to remove. They're seen in places where I've used the product by hand and by PC. Has anyone encountered these? How can I remove them? I've gone over the finish with a PC, polishing pad and various light polishing products and they won't budge. Any thoughts? TIA, Rob.
 
Perhaps the spots were not caused by the compound but the spots became noticable when the compound removed whatever was obstructing the viewing of the spots. Clay the area and see if you can determine if the spots are through the clear. Use the baggie trick to determine if you can feel how deep the spots are.
