Splotches in year old Liquid silver Celica

Ok guys I noticed tonight under some flourescent light that my car has like what I call splotches all over it, I have never noticed them before. Does anybody have any idea as to what this could be or what would be causing this? I was thinking oxidation but this car gets a weekly bath and is waxed at least once a month r maybe once every other month, plus clayed 2 times a year, so I dont think its oxidation o and another thing its only 10 months old! Another thought was that since it is metallic it could just be where the metallic flake was concentrated more in some areas than others but none of my previous mettalic cars had this. Please help me try and determine what this could be oir what I can do about it! Thanks!!

Impossible to say without seeing it in person but if its all over the car then its possible its paint related. Hard to call it a "flaw" as I'm sure every silver Celica looks the same. If you get a chance have a look at a new silver Celica at a dealer and see if it looks the same. That'll help you figure out what you're seeing.
