Splatter and marks in plastic molding

After polishing my car with the PC and 3M's swirl mark remover, I've noticed some dried splatter marks and also see some residue in between the body and the black plastic parts. How should I remove them?

Also, I have swirls on my front bumper too. It's so curvy up there though. Do you guys have any tips for polishing such surfaces?

Thanks a lot for the links.

Now, if I use peanut butter, will that end up in the cracks and be hard to take out? I don't want to end up replacing the white polish residue with brown peanut butter lol. :)

The peanut butter will wash off. If it cakes on somewhere and you have trouble getting it out, then hot water will take it out easily.

I've used peanut butter in the past but with little success. I've got a lot of trim damage on my truck from splatter and people running buffers directly over stuff, mainly my tailgate handle, which a friend did.

I tried many dressings on the trim, tried to clean them with various products, and nothing working. I finally got some of Pro's Bumper Renewer and it works great. One application has lasted through two washes and it is still going. I can't see any of the wax or polish residue on my trim! Thanks to a recent thread praising 3m's bug,tar and sap remover for its residue removing capabilities, I decided to try it out.

I only had TW bug,tar and sap remover on hand, so I used it, and behold, it works. And I have tried a lot of products in the past month including peanutbutter, personally I think all of these just use oils to cover up the spot, whereas the cleaner actually removes the residue permanently. Try it, especially if you have some laying around. After application just apply some 303 or something to give it renewed protection.
