Doing stuff.
How long does it take most of you to do certain procedures? Wash and wax, full detail, etc. I want to know what I need to get my times down to. I spent about eight to ten hours doing a full detail, including interior, engine, and swirl removal + sealant + wax and polishing the rims. I'd like to get faster, just trying to figure out how. Any time saving tips?

I think that the times you have mentioned are proper for the process you have mentioned .

I take that amount of time just to do the paint on my Black truck.

Having every thing close by helps is a time saver instead of fetching things. Get a rolling table or container/s and have on the table or container/s things you use often.

Depends on the condition of the vehicle and one’s definition of a full detail.

1 person 3 to 4 hours and 5 for SUV. Anything over 5 hours in IMO is “reconditioning.

Our definition of reconditioning is bringing the vehicle back from the dead. :D

i normally spread compound (those thin lines) on half the hood , side and rear trunk , then in one full swoop i can use my rotary from front to back without lifting
