Souveran and my 39

I don't post much here but I thought you might want to see my 39....

I have been busy getting ready for the fall season and the temperatures have been high 90’s and triple digits for the last 45 days. Took sometime off and detail my 39 Ford and made one of local cruse ins. This is an 8 year old paint job with about 30,000 miles on it. I used POR85RD on a white pad using my Cyclo times one. Then I used Red Moose Glaze via white pad using my PC. Since buying the Cyclo all the PC does now is glazes and use the Cyclo for all polishing duties. Then I put on 1 coat of Souveran via hand using the wipe on wipe off method without letting haze prior to removing. Used 303 on the tires and Mothers Bullitt polish on the wheels.

It looks perfect Dennis! I never get tired of looking at your cars! How does the Cyclo compare with the PC other than the 2 heads? How much surface area do you work at a time? How long does the cyclo take to break down a polish? Thanks for your feedback. :) What are my chances of ever getting a ride in that beautiful blue corvette of yours?? ;)

I'm curious about the cyclo as well. I don't feel confident trying out a rotary, just too risky for the amount of polishing I do, but I also don't find the PC to be terribly great. Even just the shaking absolutely kills my hands after any length of time.

They Cyclo is so much powerful than the PC. Imagine taking two PCs and putting spot pads on both of them, then give them 30 percent more power and putting one in each hand. You really have to lay into Cyclo to get bog down like the PC will. The Cyclo looks like it would be bulky and hard to control but that couldn’t be farther from the truth. It weights more but you really don’t notice it. I going to order carpet and upholstery brush soon! All my PC is used for now is glazes. If I could only have one it would be the Cyclo.

If we have a cooler weekend we get the little blue one out and detail it and get some top down cursin.... I got my Cyclo from AG last spring.
